New: HAICTA's 2013 conference proceedings will be published by Elsevier a leading publisher and will be included as a dedicated issue in the ScienceDirect digital library

Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings which will be published py the Elsevier in their Technology Procedia Series.

Elsevier is a leading publisher and Procedia is especially developed for conference proceedings where high-quality conference papers can be published in a dedicated online issue on www.ScienceDirect.com and be made freely accessible in perpetuity to a worldwide audience -  Sciencedirect.com is accessed by over 17 Million unique scientists and professionals on a monthly basis, last year more than 700Million articles were accessed, of which 3 million article downloads in the Procedia journals (and rapidly growing), this will ensure maximum visibility and reach of HAICTA's conference proceedings.

Furthermore, selected, high quality papers will be invited to be significantly changed and reconsidered for special issues of scientific journals after the end of the conference. Negotiation is in progress for additional special publications based on conference papers. In the previous HAICTA conference (HAICTA 2011) selected papers have been published or are in publication process in three different journals.
